The International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS) condemns in the strongest terms the wicked attack against a big Kurdish rally in Ankara calling for a just settlement of the armed conflict between the Turkish government and the revolutionary forces led by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). According to reports, two huge explosions in the middle of the marchers killed around 128 people and injured more than 500 hundred others.
ILPS Commissions 1 and 4
The International League of Peoples' Struggle Commission 1 and Commission 4 condemn in the strongest terms the recent US airstrike on a hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan that resulted in the deaths of 22 people including volunteer doctors and children patients. The hospital was being operated by the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) International. Its precise GPS coordinates have been known to the Afghan government and the US-led coalition, yet it was bombed for 30 minutes last October 3.
Palestinians have been thrown out of their lands and occupied by Zionist troops, and now they are being punished for their resistance. From all over Occupied Palestine, resistance activists are now being rounded up and put under so-called “administrative detention”, a British colonial law that empowers military courts to jail dissidents without trial and for indefinite periods.
